Learning about Long Read Sequencing Utility and Applications

Hosted by the Human Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine and Oxford Nanopore Technologies

Friday, June 23, 2023
10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. CDT

Long read sequencing remains a valuable resource for scientific discovery and medical relevance. These technologies offer a wide variety of DNA and RNA applications with continual growth in read length and accuracy.  The purpose of these seminars is to provide an environment to learn more about these technologies and how the scientific community is using these platforms in research and clinical environments.

This seminar will focus on Oxford Nanopore Technologies and invited speakers will present the utility of this platform in their research. Members from Oxford Nanopore Technologies will also share the latest advancements in their technology and applications.
